He is currently the Marketing and Strategy Director at Mfarusi Insurance Agency Ltd. As a member of the HOMAWASCO Board, Michael serves as the Chair of both the Finance and Human Resource Committee and the Internal Audit Committee. Dr. Phoebe Owiti

Dr. Phoebe Owiti, with an extensive academic and professional background in Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Arts and Technology, brings a research-driven perspective and strategic insights to the HOMAWASCO Board. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing, an MA in Professional Development and Strategic Planning, and a BSc. in Arts and Technology. Currently a lecturer at the University of Nairobi, Dr. Owiti’s expertise spans strategic market positioning, organizational development, and innovative technology application. Joseph Ochanda is the current Chairman, has a wealth of expertise in finance, governance, and strategic oversight. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and certifications as both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Secretary, Joseph’s career has been marked by a commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable financial management. His role as an accountant at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has further perfected his skills in regulatory compliance and organizational integrity. As Board Chairman, Joseph is dedicated to guiding HOMAWASCO’s mission through seasoned governance and sound fiscal policy. CPA Samuel Ngicho

CPA Samuel Oyugi Ngicho is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in taxation, auditing and accounting. He holds Bachelor of commerce degree from Kenyatta University, majoring in finance. Samuel is a registered member of institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). Currently the internal Audit Manager, Samuel overseas the development, implementation and operationalisation of risk management framework within the organisation to boost the risk awareness among staff. While heading the finance department two years ago,Samuel also oversaw the implementation and operationalisation of ERP system in the department of finance,which currently is nearing it's full implementation stage. He is also part of the team spearheading and monitoring the implementation of strategic plan 2024-2028.

As the head of the Operations department at HOMAWASCO, Agnes leverages her vast experience to implement effective administrative processes, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a collaborative work environment.
